Founding Father
Founding Father is a competency-based thematic unit with a history focus, telling the inspirational story of Henri Dunant. He is famous for being the founder of the International Red Cross, which has helped millions of people affected by war for 150 years. Pupils will learn, through his life story, all about his achievements and what makes him such an important historical figure.
