The Key Stage 2 scheme of work consists of 21 separate units, organized into 104 individual lesson plans, centered around our three core areas: Health and Wellbeing, Relationships, and Living in the Wider World.
Each lesson comes complete with all the necessary additional resources, such as images, PowerPoints, and stories. The lessons use meaningful contexts to teach pupils how to look after themselves, build positive relationships, and contribute to their communities—fostering an all-round sense of wellbeing.

3D PSHE Safe Zone (KS2)
An age-appropriate resource that teaches children how to stay safe online.
Key Stage 2 pupils are invited to train as cadets under General Mack to become Safe Zone Generals. They will be guided through a series of 24 missions, with plenty of opportunities for reflective practice along the way.
3D PSHE Extremism & Radicalisation (KS2)
In line with the Prevent Strategy, this focused unit of five lessons addresses extremism and radicalisation in a sensitive, age-appropriate manner.
3D PSHE Sex Education (Upper KS2)
This Upper KS2 unit, which focuses on Sex Education, can be used as a standalone resource or in conjunction with the full Dimensions 3D PSHE Programme.
Comprising five fully resourced lesson plans, this unit covers topics such as puberty, sexual orientation, development, and transgender issues-all within the context of healthy relationships. Available as a digital download, it’s designed to provide a comprehensive and age-appropriate approach.
We recommend using the 3D PSHE Sex Education lessons with Upper Key Stage 2 pupils.
3D PSHE Substance-Related Abuse (KS2)
This unit allows schools to explore the dangers of drug and substance abuse in more depth.
The resource includes five fully-planned and resourced lessons, available as a digital download.
3D PSHE Vaping
This KS2 focus unit, aimed at pupils aged 8+, tackles the highly relevant and topical issue of Vaping.
Through critical thinking and analysis of shocking statistics, as well as uncovering covert advertising techniques used to entice young people into vaping, pupils will learn the disturbing truth behind this global epidemic.

3D PSHE Tough Topics
This unit, designed for Upper Key Stage 2 pupils, consists of five fully resourced lessons and addresses some of the most challenging, yet highly relevant issues.
Pupils need to engage with these tough topics as part of their PSHE and wider curriculum. Tough Topics teaches them safely and sensitively, helping educators address these issues effectively in the classroom.
